However, it is necessary to admit that in the shotgun shooting community, more emphasis is placed on well-being and shooting itself, which leads to an overall not too athletic figure.
Unfortunately, however, sports shooting is very one-sidedly burdensome for some muscle parts and it is absolutely necessary to strengthen these parts when we perform strength compensatory exercises in several series and regular repetition.
The overall strengthening of the erector spinae (skeletal muscles), trapezius, neck muscles and especially the abdominal obliques leads to smoother and faster body movement when shooting.
